The original Star Wars trilogy is packed with memorable moments. Among them was the scene in Return of the Jedi where Princess Leia, wearing not much more than a metal bikini, uses the very chains that bind her to strangle her captor, Jabba the Hutt.

When you have a newborn, it’s all about safety. You have to go over the house with a fine-tooth comb and make sure that all of the dangers are gone. That means stuff like covering electrical sockets, padding sharp table corners or getting rid of them, removing small choking hazards from their reach and of course, for the love of God people, covering up any Sarlacc pits.

There are few more rank, nasty, and vile characters in the history of film than Jabba the Hutt. This disgusting fat worm of a creature took our princess hostage and subjected her to horrible humiliation, and kept a frozen Han Solo in his collection.

I don’t know about you, but I have always wanted to have my own Speeder Bike from the Endor forest in Return of the Jedi. I never thought to make one using Power Wheels. Well, Instructables member miketherdaintx has done just that.

These days, most of us think of the Ewoks as cute and endearing little fellows, but I remember when Return of the Jedi came out, there was an uproar over the addition of these furry creatures to the Star Wars universe.

When I was growing up, I must have listened to my Return of the Jedi album hundreds of times. And if I had dared to paint all over it my dad would have been pissed. Now that I have seen this awesome painted record and am no longer a child, (okay, that is debatable) I might just paint on mine too.
