Android Mascot Mates With Bee and Makes Speaker

Ok, now that I’ve lured you into my web of curiosity with that headline, let me explain. What we have here is yet another unusual bastardized gadget from China – it’s a speaker that looks like the Android mascot – if it were a bee. I’m guessing they took the whole “Honeycomb” thing a little too literally.

Yep, you heard me right. It’s android robot mascot bee speaker. Androibee? Beedroid? Just plain stupid? Yeah, let’s go with that one.

For some reason this thing reminds me of that scene in Best in Show where the yuppie couple loses their dog’s busy bee, and Parker Posey goes to the shop to replace it. I think she came back with one of these.

I’m not sure why you’d want one, but the product description does state that it has a “super cute appearance, meticulous craftsmanship,” and that should be good enough for you. You’ll take this speaker. You’ll take this speaker and you’ll like it.
