I came across this funky Pac-Man inspired bag over on Etsy earlier today. Handmade by Melissa and Zach of New York’s hobocampcrafts, the bag features the likeness of one of the dot-gobbler’s ghostly nemeses, Inky.
Using a bunch of carefully selected buttons, the artists stitched together the blue ghost from the classic 80s arcade game…

There’s really not much I can say about this oddity, except that it’s a handmade candle featuring the likeness of Mario, along with what I think are some butterflies and ribbons.
The artist says that the outside won’t burn so you can reuse the candle with a tealight inside…

Check out this amazingly precise needlepoint inspired by Super Mario Brothers. Artist Lauren Yakiwchuk must have had the patience of a saint to pull off the detail in this scene from the Nintendo classic platformer.
It took Lauren about 30 hours to complete this 9″ x 11″ scene from SMB, handstitching the entire piece from scratch…
