Christmas is behind us, but if you’re like me, your lights probably stay up until some time in April (or until all the ice has melted). I actually pray each year that everything but the purple, green and gold bulbs will burn out so I could say we had decorated for Mardi Gras. Thanks to this clever new invention, you can leave your lights up all year long, and just change their colors depending on the holiday.
Lazy Man’s Holiday Lights include a special controller box which let you decide the colors you want illuminated on your string of lights. Since the colored lights are all LEDs, you never have to worry about bulbs burning out either.
They’re not cheap, though. A 50-foot strand (with 25-feet of lead-in cord) will set you back $79.99, including the controller box. On the other hand, a single set will have you all ready for Valentines Day, St. Patty’s Day, Easter, Halloween, Christmas, and even can show off your team colors when the Bears win the Superbowl (next year).
