Halloween will be here before you know it, and Doctor Who fans are no doubt looking for something special to wear. Not that they need to use Halloween as an excuse of course. With just a bit of effort, maybe you can make your own version of this awesome Weeping Angel costume.
Of course, there’s no way that you can put yourself in a “Quantum-locked” state, so that you don’t exist in time and space and therefore can’t move when you are being observed, but at least you can look the part. Well, you could do your best to freeze when others look at you, I suppose.
This amazing costume comes from one of the users over at crafty_tardis and was actually made back in 2008. It would be awesome to wear this costume this year however, since the Weeping Angels will be coming back this season.

But if I do see a Weeping Angel on Halloween night, I’m not taking any chances. I won’t blink, look away or run. I will be pounding dangerous statues that night with heavy objects.
