by Shane McGlaun

I think we all know coasters are annoying. It really doesn’t matter how close to your drink the coaster is, we still don’t want to use them. If you have a pack of geeks that frequent your home, you might want to stock up on these Building Brick Coaster Sets, that I think might actually get used.

A set of four coasters includes one each of blue, red, white, and yellow. No additional bricks are included, so you’ll need to provide those. It’s also worth noting that these aren’t LEGO brand, they are a ThinkGeek exclusive creation.

However, they are compatible with LEGO, PixelBlocks, Mega Blocks, KRE-O, and K’Nex Bricks. Basically, the coasters will work with whatever bricks you have around the house. I’d totally build a tall coaster so I can drink from a straw without having to pick my drink up, because lazy.
