When you think of postal mail, you don’t necessarily think of it as high tech. That’s something Australia Post is changing with their Video Stamps, which makes letters – or more specifically, the stamps on them – more interactive.
Well, 2010 is drawing to a close, and it was another great year for gadgets, games, gizmos and weird science. Lots of exciting things happened with everything from the release of the iPad and iPhone 4 to the Microsoft Kinect to the astronomical growth of Android, to the abysmal (but predictable) disappointment that was 3D TV (and don’t get me started on the 3D movies.)
The end of the year is upon us, and I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of you guys for another great year here on technabob. Since we started back in 2006, every year has been better than the last.
Sorry for the lack of posts over the last 24 hours or so. Not only have I been traveling, my hosting provider decided to blow up our server infrastructure overnight, which kept Technabob offline for about 10 hours.
