This monster truck by Dexim isn’t the first remote controlled toy that we have seen that uses the iPhone for the controller. We have seen several helicopters for instance like the Griffin HELO TC that use the iPhone for a controller.

While these plush Star Wars vehicles won’t exactly make the jump to hyperspace anytime soon, they should do just fine for impromptu battles in your living room. Or at least to keep your neck in a comfy position while you sit on the couch crying over the changes Lucas made to the Blu-ray edition.

As a Futurama fan myself, I’ve had a Bender figure on my desk for years. He’s even got a tiny bottle of beer and a cigar you can put in his hands. But now that I see this new and improved Bender, I think it might be time for me to upgrade.

Humans have always had a fascination with androids, whether it be Data from Star Trek, Andrew Martin from the movie Bicentennial Man, or our favorite Operating System mascot, Google’s Android Robot. And like all of those other famous androids, you can collect the latter as an action figure.

If you’re a fan of toys like remote controlled cars and smartphones like I am, this BlueDrone toy will catch your attention. It’s like the rolling, wheeled version of the AR.Drone smartphone-controlled  flying toy.

A little while back we talked a bit about the very cool looking Kyosho iOS controlled helicopter from Japan that had surfaced. The thing reminds me a lot of the Parrot AR.Drone in a smaller and cheaper form.

If you try to tell me you have never played air guitar in your life, I will call you a liar. We have all done it while thinking how cool it would be to really be able to rock the way your favorite musicians can.

You’ve gotta hand it to serious LEGO builders that they can really create impressive stuff with those little bricks. This LEGO Star Wars Imperial Shuttle is my current favorite. Wait, what’s that you say? It’s not a custom build job at all, but an official LEGO kit that any of us can build?

I’m not a very big fan when it comes to putting puzzles together. I find the task extremely time-consuming and pretty hard to figure out, especially those 1000-piece puzzle sets where you have to piece a picture of Mona Lisa or some random view together.
